The "Bouilleurs de Cru" association has some 350 members and organizes promotional events for Cognac. The next on the agenda are the Open Days planned for December 8&9 where distillation will be the key note. They have recently edited a very informative brochure on Cognac (in French) which is available to the public in limited numbers.
